Our house is very unique, cozy, and FUN. It is a 2 bedrooms 3.5 bath, 3,000sq. ft. and 3 levels, all have amazing views. The kids love it here with the hiking trails and the game room with foosball, double shot and air-hockey, they usually don't even watch TV, we also have a kids library area with books and toys. The adults like to shoot some hoops in the game room too!! We bought this home because we fell in love with the view and there is so much outdoor activities to do all within a short distance. Then boating on the lake is our favorite place to be in the summer. It is only 3 miles to the nearest boat launch from the house.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a good meal, including a air-fryer, crockpot, and a turkey roasting pan. We have a basic coffee maker and a french press along with Folgers coffee. There is flour, sugar and lots of spices and cooking oil available for your use.
Our neighborhood is very peaceful, located behind a secure gate, down a gravel/dirt road with only three other homes. Two which are also vacation rentals and the other home has full time residents, you may get a visit from our friendly four legged neighbors, Lucky (white) and Fox (Red) they are friendly. Lucky likes to bring you pinecones to toss for him over and over....and he has been known to smell the "bacon" and sneak in the front door. You can always contact us if this becomes a problem.
Grab yourself a drink and kickback on the deck while taking in every last
minute of our mesmerizing sunsets.
10 minutes to Lakehead and 25 miles to Redding where most likely you will want to get groceries.
VEHICLE PARKING: . Please be respectful of other vehicles that may need to turn around at the bottom of Tawny Way. We find that it is best to park along the perimeter of the cul-de-sac,and there are some concrete steps leading down to the porch picture 1. For easier unloading there is a steep and narrow driveway and you can fit 2 cars comfortably where the white car is in picture 1. Do not go lower down the hill. (Driveway starts to the right of the big pine tree at the end of the cul de sac). If you feel comfortable navigating it, it is best to have an all wheel drive vehicle also. (don’t try it in the dark). The Carport also is a bit steep and can fit 2 cars, if parking here you will also have to use a pathway with steps.

BOAT PARKING: If you are towing a trailer/boat, we find the best places to park them are on the east side of Tawny Way next to the house number sign.(the right when looking at picture 3).
